Zhengzhou Yuandong Refractory Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province.

The company focuses on the production and manufacturing of glass furnace fused cast refractory materials, including the fused cast AZS products and fused cast αβ alumina products. It currently has 3 fused cast production lines, with an annual supply capacity of 13,000 tons for the AZS products and 2,000 tons for the αβ alumina products.

The company owns more than 1,000 patented technologies and is recognized as a "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise," a national-level "Specialized and New Little Giant Enterprise," a national-level "Green Factory," a "High-tech Enterprise," a "Henan Province Quality Benchmark Enterprise," and a "Henan Province Carbon Peak Pilot Enterprise." It is also designated as the "National Flue Gas Desulfurization Engineering Technology Research Center Refractory Materials Testing Base," the "Engineering Technology Research Center for High-grade Refractory Materials for Glass Furnaces," and the "Henan Province Enterprise Technology Center."

The company has long-term and in-depth cooperation with domestic research institutes and universities and has participated in drafting multiple product industry standards. It has successively invited Japanese experts to promote TPS (Toyota Production System), Budweiser experts to promote VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization), and other advanced management models. In 2022, it introduced the MES system and, after years of accumulation, formed the YPS, the Yuandong Production Management System with our own characteristics.

The company's main customers include top 20 domestic and international enterprises in the photovoltaic, building materials, and daily glass industries such as Japan's Asahi Glass, Austria's Swarovski, RHIM Group, France's Arc Glass, Thailand's Ocean Glass, Germany's Intco, China National Building Material Group, CSG Group, Flat Glass Group, Xinyi Glass, Kibing Glass, Taiwan Glass Group, Huaxing Glass Group, Caihong Group, and Jinjing Group.

Currently, the company is actively promoting digital intelligence and green energy-saving projects to achieve digital and intelligent production and operation, as well as efficient and collaborative green development for pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction, providing high-quality products and services for various glass enterprises.
