The cross-flame furnace (float line) glass tank furnace is widely used in the current production of building glass. It includes: feeding system, melting system, heat supply system, waste gas heat recovery system, flue gas air supply system, etc. First, the preheated air is provided by the flue gas air supply section and enters the regenerator chamber. The hot air then enters the melting section of the glass melting part. The small furnace in the heat supply section generates a lateral flame to provide heat, allowing the batch materials and cullet added from the feeding tank to melt in the melting section, where the glass liquid is clarified and homogenized. After cooling, it enters the tin bath. Electro-fused zirconia corundum AZS is the irreplaceable core material required for this furnace.
