Zhengzhou Yuandong Refractory Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 with a registered capital of 45 million yuan, covering an area of 200 acres. It currently has 286 employees and is located in Wulibao Industrial Zone, Daguizhen, Xinmi City, Henan Province, 200 meters from the Shangdeng Expressway Qiboshan Station exit, with convenient transportation. The company focuses on the production and manufacturing of glass kiln fused refractory materials AZS zircon corundum series and alumina αβ series products. It currently has 3 fused production lines, with an annual supply capacity of 13,000 tons for AZS zircon corundum series products and 2,000 tons for alumina αβ series products.

Various defects occur during the production of fused zirconia corundum bricks, resulting in poor quality of the finished products. The physical and chemical inhomogeneity of zirconia corundum bricks is often the main cause of defects in the products. Unmelted particles in the batch and gas inclusions that have not been expelled from the melt belong to physical inhomogeneity. Differences in melt composition along the depth of the furnace belong to chemical inhomogeneity. The defect types and their causes in the production of fused zirconia corundum bricks are listed in the figure below.
